Appointments – Good Sport Physio Clinic

Don’t hesitate to call our friendly reception staff, who are ready to take your call, or alternatively you can make an appointment through our online booking system.

For injuries requiring urgent treatment the receptionists will endeavour to offer you a same day appointment. Please advise our reception staff of your injury.

REFERRALS

A referral to attend our Clinic is not necessary for private patients. Doctors’ referrals are required from Department of Veteran’s Affairs and Medicare TCA patients.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made at the time of your consultation. Our practice uses the HICAPS system, which allows direct rebate from your private health fund leaving the gap amount for the patient to pay. We have EFTPOS facilities available and accept cash and personal cheques.

Please provide your private health insurance card to our reception staff prior to paying your account. DVA patients need also present their DVA cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This practice requires a minimum of four hours notice of cancellation of your appointment. At our discretion, a fee may be charged.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING

We recommend you wear comfortable clothing.

Please bring any relevant referral letters and reports, X-rays and/or scans to your appointment.
